Study Skills Session Sixth & Third Year Students:
Student Enrichment Services have been invited to run s Study Skills Workshop on Friday, October 5th, 2018 for Third and Sixth year students. There will be two sessions as follows Students are re Sixth Year Workshop: 9.05 am – 11.50 am (normal break time, 10.50 – 11.10)
Third Year Workshop: 11.50 am – 3.10 pm. (break for lunch, 30 mins.)
Students are requested to bring pen/paper, and a textbook.
Workshop activities include:
- learning to set realistic goals and targets;
- constructing a practical timetable;
- discovering how to excel in exams
- practising a variety of note making styles;
- exam paper analysis;
- organising a revision planner;
- ‘SES TEST’ study method;.
Both workshops are fully booked.
